• This tour operates on a fixed schedule. Guests arriving late may experience a shortened itinerary, and no refunds will be issued for missed activities.

• ⏳ Maximum waiting time at hotel pick up is 30 minutes. If guests do not arrive within this window, the booking will be considered a no show, and the tour will proceed without them.

✏️ Itinerary Customisation Notice

• Customization of stops, routes, or meal options outside of the suggested itinerary may alter the flow of the tour.

• Guests acknowledge that any changes made outside the proposed itinerary may result in shortened experiences, and accept full responsibility for the outcome.

We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events and provide peace of mind during your trip.

📸 Media & Promotional Use

Photographs and videos captured by Luxury Elite Travel & Tours during the experience may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, brochures, and future campaign materials.

If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to the commencement of the tour. We fully respect your privacy and will ensure your request is honoured accordingly

♿️ Mobility & Accessibility Advisory

This tour features visits to heritage and natural sites that may involve uneven terrain, stairs, and elevated walkways (e.g., 272 steps at Batu Caves).
Guests with mobility limitations or special requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance so we may explore possible adjustments or suitable alternatives to enhance comfort and safety throughout the experience.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Child Policy

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times throughout the tour.
• Please note that child specific rates are not available, as the package is priced per seat or per experience, regardless of age.

🩺 Medical & Health Advisory

• Guests with pre existing medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, respiratory issues, mobility limitations) are responsible for evaluating their own fitness to participate in the tour.
• For safety reasons, the company reserves the right to decline participation in certain activities if a guest is deemed unfit or at risk.
• Please note that no medical personnel will be present during the tour. In case of emergency, local medical services will be contacted immediately.

• Smoking, loud behaviour, or inappropriate clothing may lead to denied entry or early dismissal from certain venues.

🔒 Lost & Found Policy

• The company shall not be held liable for any personal belongings left behind in vehicles or at visited venues.
• Recovered items, if found, will be safely held for up to 48 hours.
• Any delivery or return arrangements will be made upon request and at the guest’s own expense.
