💳 Deposit Requirement:
• A 50% deposit plus 6% SST is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance must be settled no later than 14 days before the trip commencement date.
🕒 Last-Minute Bookings:
• For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment (plus 6% SST) is required upon reservation.
👥 Group Size Policy:
• Minimum: 1 guest
• Maximum: 4 guests for private or semi private experience

📅 More than 30 days before departure:
• Eligible for a 50% refund of the total package price.
📅 14 days before departure:
• No refund will be issued.
📅 No-show:
• No refund will be issued.
• This tour operates on a fixed schedule. Guests arriving late may experience a shortened itinerary, and no refunds will be issued for missed activities.
• ⏳ Maximum waiting time at hotel pick up is 30 minutes. If guests do not arrive within this window, the booking will be considered a no show, and the tour will proceed without them.
• Customization of stops, routes, or meal options outside of the suggested itinerary may alter the flow of the tour.
• Guests acknowledge that any changes made outside the proposed itinerary may result in shortened experiences, and accept full responsibility for the outcome.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure a seamless and secure travel experience, Luxury Elite Travel & Tours shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or sudden attraction closures.
Guests are solely responsible for their personal health, safety, and belongings throughout the journey.
We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events and provide peace of mind during your trip.
Photographs and videos captured by Luxury Elite Travel & Tours during the experience may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, brochures, and future campaign materials.
If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to the commencement of the tour. We fully respect your privacy and will ensure your request is honoured accordingly.
This tour features visits to heritage and natural sites that may involve uneven terrain, stairs, and elevated walkways (e.g., 272 steps at Batu Caves).
Guests with mobility limitations or special requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance so we may explore possible adjustments or suitable alternatives to enhance comfort and safety throughout the experience.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times throughout the tour.
• Please note that child specific rates are not available, as the package is priced per seat or per experience, regardless of age.
• Guests with pre existing medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, respiratory issues, mobility limitations) are responsible for evaluating their own fitness to participate in the tour.
• For safety reasons, the company reserves the right to decline participation in certain activities if a guest is deemed unfit or at risk.
• Please note that no medical personnel will be present during the tour. In case of emergency, local medical services will be contacted immediately.
• Guests are kindly reminded to respect local customs and religious practices, particularly when visiting sacred sites such as mosques and temples.
• Modest attire is required at religious and cultural locations.
• Smoking, loud behaviour, or inappropriate clothing may lead to denied entry or early dismissal from certain venues.
• Your cooperation ensures a respectful and enriching experience for all.
• The company shall not be held liable for any personal belongings left behind in vehicles or at visited venues.
• Recovered items, if found, will be safely held for up to 48 hours.
• Any delivery or return arrangements will be made upon request and at the guest’s own expense.
